My journey with yoga began at an early age; I was blessed to be allowed to practise yoga with my mom at the age of three.

I rediscovered the healing practise of yoga out of a need for stress relief during my stint in the corporate World as a fashion buyer, realising that I found sanity and serenity on my mat.

I did my 250 hrs teachers training in Hatha in 2013 at Shakti Yoga Therapy Centre and am registered with Yoga Alliance International.

In 2014 I completed the foundation course of Yogabeez children’s yoga teacher training programme

In 2017 I completed my 300hrs Vinyasa flow teacher training at Sampoorna yoga village in Goa

In 2018 I qualified as master teacher in Reiki and Sekhem 1 which I combine with chakra healing techniques and bring that into my hands-on adjustments with students

In October 2020 I qualified as a yoga therapist with  Shakti Yoga Therapy Centre

The current styles of yoga that I teach are Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Therapy, Chakra balancing and guided meditations.

My aim is to inspire all whom I teach to fall in love with this very ancient and very magical healing practise where we integrate mind body, soul
