I am a nomad Physiotherapist, yoga teacher and athlete. My body of work as a Physiotherapist includes breath work, fascia work, all the neural and soft tissue treatments, dry needling, K-taping, mindful movement, voice work and lymph drainage.

Allow me to mix up my unique toolkit to help you establish and reinforce habits that heal and allow you to thrive.

When I am in Johannesburg, I enjoy seeing patients from this beautiful urban nature haven. My schedule when I am in Johannesburg is on my website.
