The day I first stepped foot on my mat, I knew that I was instantly home and I have had a dedicated yoga practice ever since.

My hope is that I can share what yoga has taught me with my students and that my students leave my classes feeling a true sense of union between their mind, body and soul through a practice of pranayama, asana and meditation.

My classes are accessible to everyone and I encourage students to honour their boundaries while striving to push the limits of these boundaries by applying intelligence and awareness throughout their practice.

As BKS Iyengar so beautifully said: “Inside the microcosm of the individual exists the macrocosm of the universe.” Yoga is our portal to understanding this.
