At Core Studios our therapists have years of experience in treating a variety of injuries across the ages. We are all outdoor enthusiasts and participate in competitive sport such as running, mountain biking and sport climbing.

We are committed to helping all our patients rehabilitate their injuries as soon as possible.  Our practice has a strong focus on the prevention of injuries by incorporating Pilates or Biokinetics into the treatment regime.

We are not contracted to the Medical Aids so patients are required to pay by EFT and then claim from their respective Medical Aid.
