Our Team

The Core Studio’s team is made up of a dynamic, professional and highly experienced group of people.

The therapy team provides the following services; Physiotherapy, Biokinetics, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy and Sports Massage.

Our Pilates trainers have all qualified as BASI (Body Arts and Science International) instructors which is one of most rigorous and detailed Pilates courses available globally. It is certainly not a ‘weekend  course’ and requires months of learning followed by many training and teaching hours in order to earn the qualification .

Core Studios also offers Modern Dance, Hip Hop and Yoga – these all take place at the Pod which is a state of the art studio designed and constructed by Dreco projects.

The day I first stepped foot on my mat, I knew that I was instantly home and I have had a dedicated yoga practice ever since.
