I qualified with a Biokinetics Honours degree from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). I specialize in treating Chronic and Orthopaedic patients, but am also qualified in sports massage and kinesiotaping.

What is Bioknetics? Well, Bio means life and Kinetics means movement, so in short, Biokinetics means “Life through movement”. Its primary function is to improve physical functioning and health care through exercise as a modality.

I am also passionate about health promotion, the maintenance of physical abilities and final phase rehabilitation, by means of scientifically-based physical activity programmes.
