Liz Nienaber

My movement journey began at a very young age with my first ballet class. My passion was ignited, and it led me to a career as a professional ballerina that lasted over a decade. During my dancing years, I was introduced to Pilates and all of it’s benefits.

Not only did I gain strength and improve my flexibility but I also felt truly empowered by the knowledge I gained on how to move the body safely and with the correct alignment. Pilates served as a wonderful tool in injury prevention. It also helped me rehabilitate injuries I gained through an accident in a very safe and progressive way.

I decided to put my years of experience and understanding of refined movement to use. I attained my teaching qualifications in Pilates, classical ballet and modern dance.

I believe my understanding of movement, alignment and flow truly add value to my classes and clients.
