About Us
Core Studios was started by Sue Seddon as a physiotherapy and Pilates studio in 2017. Originally named Physiotherapy and Pilates on Marlborough, the practice was re-named following the addition of a second Pilates studio and a yoga space in 2021.
The team at Core Studios is professional, dynamic and innovative. Apart from physiotherapy and Pilates, our services also include occupational therapy, biokinetics, yoga, sports massage, modern dance and hip-hop.
