Sports Massage
Sports massage is a targeted massage approach that focuses on the systematic manipulation of the soft tissue of the body in order to decrease injury potential and enhance training. Massage promotes healing, reduces recovery time between performances and relieves pain and symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Sports massage is not only for athletes, but for anyone suffering from an injury or pain that is specific to one part of the body.
