I worked in London during the period 2001-2005, when I specialized in gym instruction, personal training, Paul Check Swiss Ball, kinesiology, therapeutic deep tissue massage, chair massage, and anatomy &physiology.

Since arriving in South Africa, I completed my BASI mat certification and comprehensive course in 2015-2016. I’m passionate about cultivating awareness and functionality of movement. Pilates is a perfect vehicle to facilitate this corrective movement to rebalance, align and strengthen the body.

I encourage all my patients to “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can” (Arthur Ashe). The results will speak for themselves.
